1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for and using msb-formr.org (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

  • Prohibited Activities: You shall not use the Service for heavy computational tasks such as Bayesian models or cryptocurrency mining. Limited computations using R are allowed strictly for the purposes of creating and analyzing surveys.
  • No Personal Data Collection: You agree not to collect personal data as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This includes any information that can be used to identify an individual.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
  • Our Content: All materials provided by us, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data Backup Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining copies of all content and data they submit to the Service.
